Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication status, support messages, subscription status, billing references, and plan selections.

We collect project content you provide, including prompts, dimensions, tool lists, style preferences, uploaded room or furniture photos, reference images, selected outputs, download activity, and revision requests.

We collect service data such as device type, browser, pages viewed, approximate region, event timestamps, error logs, cookie choices, checkout state, and credit usage.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, parse project requests, generate images and videos, create printable PDFs, manage credits, deliver downloads, prevent misuse, provide support, and maintain security.

We use billing references to process subscriptions, credit packs, invoices, customer portal access, refunds, and dispute evidence. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We do not use uploaded photos to train public AI models. Uploaded photos are used to process your request, maintain the service, perform safety checks, and resolve support or billing issues.

Legal bases and rights

Where GDPR applies, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal duties, pursue legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and act on consent where required.

Where CCPA applies, you may request access, deletion, correction, portability, and information about categories of data collected. We do not sell personal information for money.

You can contact us to exercise privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where needed for legal, accounting, security, refund, or dispute obligations.

Sharing and retention

We share information with vendors that help us run hosting, storage, AI processing, analytics, email, support, payments, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. These vendors may process information only for our service purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to investigate misuse, to respond to disputes, or during a business transfer such as a merger or asset sale.

We keep account and project information for as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable backup, legal, tax, refund, and dispute periods. You may delete projects or request account deletion unless retention is required.

Security and international use

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and operational logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Tyldesley is offered to a global audience, so information may be processed in countries with different data protection rules. We use appropriate transfer safeguards where required.
