The plan made me measure twice before buying boards, and the reel gave me enough confidence to start.

Balcony bench

I wanted a smart-looking bench without a workshop. Tyldesley translated that into a tool list I already owned.

Safety built in

Helpful guidance with clear limits.

Every project keeps measurement, tool, and structural warnings visible because a convincing AI reel is not a substitute for skilled judgment.

Will my photos be used to train AI?

No. Uploaded photos are used to process your project request, create your selected outputs, provide support, and maintain safety controls. They are not used to train public AI models.

How accurate are the measurements?

Measurements are planning references. You must remeasure before cutting, drilling, mounting, or buying materials. Tyldesley does not replace professional load, structure, or installation assessment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled from billing settings before the next renewal. Access remains available until the paid period ends.

What happens to unused credits?

Included monthly credits refresh each billing period and do not convert to cash. Purchased credit packs remain tied to Tyldesley services and cannot be used as gift cards, wallets, or third-party payments.

Refund policy?

Refunds are reviewed when a paid output was not delivered, was duplicated because of a platform error, or cannot be accessed after support review. Credits already consumed on delivered AI outputs are normally non-refundable.

Tool safety and structural work?

Wear eye protection, gloves where suitable, and keep power tools away from children. For load-bearing walls, floors, roofs, wiring, gas, plumbing, balcony changes, or permit-sensitive work, consult a licensed professional.
