Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to Tyldesley, a software service for AI-assisted DIY planning, images, PDFs, and build reels.
Service scope
Tyldesley provides AI-generated planning content for personal DIY projects. It is not a construction contractor, installation service, architect, engineer, or professional trade adviser.
Outputs may include structured project briefs, dimensions, material suggestions, visual concepts, printable guides, social-ready posters, and video generation jobs. Outputs are informational and must be checked before use.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13 to 17, you may use Tyldesley only with parent or guardian consent and supervision.
Plans, credits, and renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Checkout must show price, billing period, renewal terms, and links to these terms before payment.
Credits measure Tyldesley service usage. Credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or a digital wallet, and they cannot be exchanged for money or used to pay third parties.
Monthly plan credits refresh each billing period. Credit packs are consumed only for Tyldesley outputs and may be subject to reasonable account, fraud, or abuse limits.
Safety and user responsibility
You are responsible for remeasuring, selecting materials, using tools safely, checking permits, following product instructions, and deciding whether a project is suitable for your space.
For load-bearing walls, floors, roofs, balconies, exterior openings, electrical work, gas, plumbing, or any structural modification, you must consult a licensed professional before starting.
Tyldesley does not guarantee that a generated plan will be safe, code-compliant, structurally stable, suitable for your property, or compatible with every tool or material.
Your content
You must have the right to upload prompts, photos, references, and other content. Do not upload private information about other people without permission.
You grant Tyldesley the limited rights needed to process, host, copy, transform, display, and deliver your project content and outputs through the service.
Prohibited use
You may not use Tyldesley to create illegal projects, weapons, harmful devices, dangerous modifications, professional service promises, permit-violating work, or outputs that infringe another party's rights.
You may not bypass safety controls, scrape the service, resell credits as stored value, use outputs for paid construction services without your own professional review, or interfere with the service.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep Tyldesley available, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyldesley is provided as is. We are not liable for injury, property damage, failed projects, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of outputs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another forum.
